Have made these several times, on my menu for tomorrow! Add the zucchini, saute for a minute or two then add the bok choy. Using a cheese grater, grate the zucchini. Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. I make it as is and think the recipe is great. The glaze adds a sweet and spicy flavor and is delicious drizzled on top of the sliced meatloaf for serving. Elizabeth — April 13,

These looks seriously incredible! This was soooo delicious and flavorful. Modifiable to your family's preferences, this recipe is also freezer friendly and can be made ahead. Prefer chicken to turkey? I have already made it twice — definitely a new regular for me! I also added some honey to the Asian sauce. The 2nd time I made it I added broccoli with the string beans.
